The FAM

Here we are... this is a picture of all my brothers and sisters and my parents (with their adopted child Jed...the furry black one).  I can't believe we were all together at the same time!

Couples from right to left:

Andrew and Angela: the youngest of the group.  Andrew is the baby and is spoiled like one! :)  He teaches boxing at XSI factory and competes as well.  They have two sons Frankie and Jordan and they all live happily in my parents basement where Andrew says he wants to stay until he dies.  Way to dream big little brother!

Robert and Kellie: They've been married just over a year now and are very happy together.  Robert owns the XSI Factory in Lehi, Utah and XSI Insurance.  He like himself way too much (totally not kidding).  The only person I think he likes more is Kellie. But Robert does have a good sense of humor so he'd take this in the right way and he'd probably agree! :) Kellie is a runner...a very fast runner (7:30 min miles) and a full-time mother to Dagen, her son who just started 2nd grade.

Art and Rabecca:  Art adds a little ethnic flair to our family.  He just graduated with his masters in psychology from UNLV.  He refuses to smile in pictures because he wants to come across as a tough Mexican dude, but don't let that fool you he's really a great guy and laughs a lot.  Rabecca, my little sister, is the middle child.  She's a middle school teacher in Utah until Art can get his internship complete and she can do what she really wants and stay home again with their four boys.

Then of course my super wonderful husband Lance and myself which you probably know too much about already!

William and Christy: Poor William is not nearly old enough to be walking with canes but ever since I've known him (20+ years) he's had back problems.  Somehow he still manages to work as an electrical manager at Kennecott in Utah.  His wife Christy is the oldest sibling.  She is trying desperately to hide behind William because she hates getting her picture taken.  She sells insurance and is an office manager.  They have three children who are all grown up and attending college.

Next, but definitely not last is Kayla: My sister in the eternities! She is attending the University of Utah and majoring in Exercise Physiology.  She and my brother Robert have three teenage children.

Of course in the front is my mom Loraine and my dad Wayne: Wonderful parents who continue to work hard and serve their children. They serve as Branch President and assistant to the branch president of a care facility in Alpine, Utah.

I love that in my family we are all the same, just brothers and sisters and sons and daughters. It doesn't matter if you were born in or married in, adopted, or came in with someone else.  Everyone is equally loved, equally spoiled and has an equal voice.  We know how to have fun together. We have our share of drama and sometimes we even fight.  But my parents have instilled in us that if we never give up and we never quit trying, someday our work to become an eternal family will pay off!

This is such a great post idea! I am totally going to steal it. A nice way to document this stage in all of your lives.
